CULTURE/SHIFT 2018 Logistics
CULTURE/SHIFT 2018 will be held in Albuquerque, NM on November 1-3, 2018 at the Albuquerque Convention Center. Block-rate hotel accommodations are available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. We are also offering hospitality with local community hosts for attendees who can’t afford housing. See below for more information.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is our official conference hotel. It is one minute's walking distance from the Convention Center and within walking distance to our other host venues. To book at our special conference rate of $95/night (plus taxes and fees) for single/double occupancy, say you are attending CULTURE/SHIFT 2018 when book over the phone. Rooms are limited and available on first-come, first-serve basis, until October 1, 2018.

Local Albuquerque folks have offered home hospitality to CULTURE/SHIFT 2018 attendees. It is not possible to guarantee that there will be enough home hospitality offered for everyone who wishes it, but we are doing our best. If you are interested in securing home hospitality, please complete this form.
The Closest Airport is Albuquerque International Sunport. The DoubleTree Hotel can provide a shuttle service to those lodging there. A taxi between the airport and hotel should be less than $20 including tip.

Some of the programmed events take place within 5 to 15 minutes from the Convention Center. We will organize volunteer drivers for anyone who is unable to walk between programmed events. Please indicate this need on your registration form. Closer to the convening, we will contact you directly with more details.
